   These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms of Use") apply to the BK WebDev website published at www.bkwebdev.com and to all associated sites linked to BK WebDev’s main address, including any subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, the "Site"). The Site is owned by Andrea Faicchio and Flavio Di Mento ("Owners") and their respective licensors. BY USING THE SITE, THE USER AGREES TO THESE TERMS OF USE; IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, PLEASE REFRAIN FROM USING THE SITE.

   The Owners reserve the right to modify, update, add, or remove portions of these Terms of Use at any time and at their sole discretion.    Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use, copying, reproducing, republishing, uploading, posting, publicly displaying, encoding, translating, transmitting, or distributing in any way (including “mirroring”) any part of the Site or its Content on any computer, server, website, or other medium for commercial publication or distribution is prohibited without prior written consent from the Owners.

   The user may use information about BK WebDev products and services (such as product sheets, knowledge articles, and similar materials) intentionally made available by the Owners for download from the Site, provided that (1) no proprietary notices are removed from copies of such documents, (2) the information is used solely for personal and non-commercial purposes, (3) no modifications are made to the information, and (4) no additional representations or warranties are made regarding such documents.

• Compromise the security of the Site or interfere with its proper functioning, or with other users’ use of the Site.

• Forge headers or manipulate identifiers to disguise the origin of communications transmitted through the Site or the services offered on it.

• Impersonate any individual or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent affiliation with any person or organization.

• Use the Site or its Content for unlawful activities or those prohibited by these Terms of Use, or to promote illegal acts or violate the rights of the Owners or other users.

Limitation of Liability

   The Owners do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free or continuously available. Users access and use the Site at their own risk. The Owners are not responsible for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site, including but not limited to data loss or financial damages.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

   The Owners reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, with immediate effect upon publication on the Site. Users are responsible for periodically reviewing this page to check for any updates.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

   These Terms of Use are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Italian law. Any dispute relating to the use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of residence of the Owners.
